Welcome to El Centro Cultural Techantit, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization proudly sponsored by Seven Generations Indigenous People’s Fund Inc. We offer a secure haven for the Indigenous Refugee community to unite, providing social support, cultural preservation, education on Indigenous People’s Rights, and valuable resources.
Land Acknowledgement
We acknowledge with respect our responsibility to the caretakers of these lands, water, and air: the Gabreleno (Tongva), Chumash, Cahuilla, and Serrano peoples, and all their ancestors and descendants, past, present, and future. These lands are today the gathering place and home for many indigenous peoples from around the world, and we are grateful for the opportunity to live and work on these ancestral lands.
